Over three days, you’ll get to know your peers and BCG coaches, explore a business challenge from a real client, and work together on solutions that reflect how we collaborate at BCG. You’ll experience how we break down complex questions, bring different viewpoints together, and develop clear, practical recommendations as a team. Alongside interactive workshops, you’ll also enjoy relaxed conversations and plenty of time to connect, unwind, and take in the mountain surroundings.

One of the highlights will be a ride on the iconic natural ice bobsleigh track in 
St. Moritz. You’ll race through the famous ice channel, feel the smooth acceleration and crisp alpine air, and experience a unique mix of speed, focus, and pure winter atmosphere – an unforgettable moment.
